Mr. Reep’s experience as Owner, Design Professional, and sometimes Builder gives him a very broad perspective on design and development, and he brings this broad perspective to focus on specific needs.
Richard T. Reep, Architect creates work groups to suit specific tasks. Unlike traditional design professional firms, Mr. Reep’s project teams are:
· Scalable, or sized to suit a particular client’s effort;
· All Stars, composed of the best in the industry; and
· Motivated, consisting of highly experienced individuals who rapidly advance the design work.
Mr. Reep’s design experience ranges from Master Planning to Interior Design. His touchstone is excellent, lasting built products; and regardless of the scale of the assignment, he brings active listening, creativity, and passion.
For clients interested in energy efficiency, Richard T. Reep Architect offers LEED design standards. Buildings with LEED certification have reduced operating costs, increased customer affinity, and higher asset value. Mr. Reep is a LEED-AP and has performed professional services on a number of facilities.
For clients interested in sustainable design, Richard T. Reep Architect offers higher design standards to achieve a product that contributes resources to the environment. Often, this means creative involvement in the construction phase, and Mr. Reep has participated as both supplier and craftsman on selected projects where the Owner’s philosophy aligns with this goal.
For clients that require thoughtful articulation of problems, or education of a targeted audience regarding architecture and design, Mr. Reep is an organizer, consensus-builder, and speaker, having written on urban futures for major academic periodicals, and spoken on hotel design aspects at industry conferences.
As an artist, Mr. Reep integrates art and architecture to express the duality of our physical and virtual world. His work has appeared at museums and galleries worldwide, and is in private collections.
